The Message Matters

In recent times I've won a plethora of awards, including a gold Cannes Lion, been listed as a Campaign & Creative Equals’ Future Female Leader, The Dots 100 Trailblazers, a finalist for the IPA & Campaign’s Women of Tomorrow award, a Young Creative Council’s Badass Gal, a HERoes Top 100 Role Model Women Executives, a Pitch Magazine Superwoman and made the 40 Over Forty list.

I’m a dynamic creative leader with 20 years experience in the industry, working at a range of agencies including HHCL & Partners, Quiet Storm, Saatchi & Saatchi and JWT (now Wunderman Thompson). I’ve created and led award-winning work for a range of clients, from smaller domestic brands to huge, global, household names.

I have an ambition to affect positive change through disruptive solutions. This vision has seen me win awards and pitches, write and direct short films, plus create exhibitions and events to change the narrative both within and beyond advertising.

As a spin off I founded the popular, non-profit event, Good Girls Eat Dinner. The mission is simple: to provide kick ass female role models across the creative industries. And to do so in a setting that doesn’t feel remotely like a conference. Every two months I invite four inspirational women to speak between the courses of a meal, sharing their experience and advice. Previous speakers include: Lisa Smosarski (Editor in Chief, Stylist magazine), Helen Pankhurst (Women's Rights activist and author), Cathy Newman (Ch4 News), Freddie Harrel (Stylist and influencer), Emma Gannon (Writer / podcast host Ctrl, Alt, Delete), and Amanda Foster (Hollywood Stuntwoman). It's the most interesting dinner party you'll ever go to.
