I'm a digital evangelist but also a digital realist: New technologies have radically changed how people interact and consume media and offer incredible opportunities for brands to tell their stories in new dynamic & personal ways, and at incredible scale. Being truly successful though is not just about chasing the latest innovations - brands need to make digital channels work for them as traditional media channels before them have: Delivering real scale, impact and measurable results.
